Cristiane Oliveira (a Singaporean citizen, originally from Brazil who also lived in the USA for a period)  holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and has over 12 years of experience in IT, specializing in system development, user training, and survey design. Her technical expertise developed a strong foundation in analytical thinking and innovation.
She also completed a specialization in Marketing and a Career Facilitation course, expanding her expertise in communication, motivation, and human potential. Along her journey, Cristiane also developed a dating app, reflecting her ability to merge technology with human connection and creativity. Her creative side led her to study shoe and jewelry design, through which she developed her own jewelry brand featuring original designs made in Singapore. She has visited more than 35 countries and also had the great experience of being invited as a guest to attend the Nobel Prize ceremonies in Stockholm - an event that enhanced her appreciation for global innovation and human achievement.  

Guided by her innovative spirit and curiosity about human creativity, Cristiane pursued certification as a Practitioner of the Torrance Tests of Creative Thinking (TTCT – Figural Forms A & B) - granted by University of Geogia’s Torrance Center for Creativity and Talented Development (USA), the institution founded by Dr. Ellis Paul Torrance. The Torrance methodology for creativity is an international recognized framework applied in more than 50 countries. This achievement inspired her to help others discover and enhance their own creative potential. She now applies the Abbreviated Torrance Test for Adults (ATTA) as a practical and insightful tool to evaluate and nurture creative thinking in individuals and organizations.
